📦 Eligibility for Returns
- 🇺🇸 United States: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours or once the order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible
✉️ How to Start a Return
To request a return, customers must:
- Contact us through the website contact form or email
- Include their order number and reason for return
Once your request is reviewed, we will respond with approval instructions.
📩 Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will email you a return shipping label
- We will provide step-by-step instructions for sending the item back
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
💰 Return Shipping Fees
- 🇺🇸 United States: $5 return shipping fee
This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing may take 3–5 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
