How should I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, a little care goes a long way.

- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and cleaning products.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to preserve its finish.
- Use the provided polishing cloth to gently wipe your jewelry after wear to remove oils and maintain its shine.
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratching or tangling.

Are any purchases final sale?
Most items are considered final sale due to hygiene and the nature of jewelry.
However, we do offer returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are in brand new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.
To be eligible:
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be sent back in original packaging
Once your return is approved, we’ll email or text you a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how to send your item back.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll always make that right.

When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times depend on whether your order is domestic or international, as well as the shipping option selected at checkout.
Domestic orders (within the U.S.) usually arrive faster once shipped.
International orders may take longer due to customs processing and distance.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it every step of the journey.
